AIA is a secular, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization serving the South Florida tri-county (Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade) area. Established in 1990, our mission has been to serve as an umbrella organization for all Indian communities. AIA celebrates India’s cultural diversity while providing all Indians an opportunity to commune with each other and feel the deep connection that bonds us. AIA is dedicated to sharing the Indian culture with the greater South Florida community by hosting immersive events that are free and open to the public.

The following services will be verified by the officers from the Consulate:
1. Issue of new OCI Card
2. Conversion of PIO Card to OCI Card
3. Renunciation of Indian Nationality
4. Renewal of Passport
5. Indian Visa
Prior to the event, all applications for Visas, OCIs, Renunciations, and Passports must be submitted online through the CKGS website. Applicants must then bring the completed physical application, along with the supporting documents, to the event and have it verified by the consular officials for any shortcomings. The verified applications will then be returned to the applicants for further submission to CKGS.
Original Passports, once checked and verified by the Consulate officials, need not be sent with the application, except in the case of renewal of Indian Passports and Visas.
Please bring the originals of supporting documents.
On the spot service will be rendered for other consular services, such as execution of Affidavits and Power of Attorneys, issuance of Life Certificate, attestation of documents, etc. following the due procedure such as having the Apostille on non-Indian documents prior to attestation, payment of fee, valid document for identification etc. For these services, applicants may pay via postal order, money order or cash to the Consular officer.
